Natasha is responsible for maximising customer lifetime value for Zopa’s 800,000-strong customer base. This includes taking ownership of the customer lifecycle from acquisition through to ongoing engagement, as well as cross-selling across the digital bank’s lending and savings products. Prior to this role, Natasha was CEO of Zopa's P2P business for four years delivering profitability in 2018 and 2019, steering the business through the Covid-19 pandemic and ultimately overseeing the closure of the P2P arm in early 2022 to focus on banking products.
