Patrick is Vice President and Head of EMEA & APAC at Bird, a last-mile electric vehicle sharing company dedicated to bringing affordable, environmentally-friendly transportation solutions to communities across the world. Previously Patrick was the COO of the Nordic food delivery startup Wolt and before that he managed International Growth and the EMEA expansion for Uber as one of its first employees in the region. Over the past six years he has focused on taking marketplace technology startups to international markets. Prior to his time in tech he spent six years in banking structuring equity derivatives. Patrick is from Vienna but was internationally raised. He holds degrees in Economics and Business from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He currently lives in Amsterdam.
