Insurance Director
Paula Coulthard Griffiths has been the insurance director for Marshmallow since 2020. She is an experienced Director and Non-Executive Director with a demonstrated history of working in the General insurance industry. She is skilled in Strategy and Management, Underwriting, Risk Management and Business Development. Prior to joining Marshmallow, she worked as a freelance insurance consultant throughout 2020 and a Chief Commercial Officer for Freedom Services Group Ltd from 2019 to 2020. Paula has worked in the broader insurance industry for over twenty years, starting as a commercial insurance broker at Callaghan Insurance Brokers in 2002.
