CEO
Richard joined Azimo in July 2017 as COO, and was promoted to CEO in July 2019. Prior to joining Azimo, he concluded a six-year career at PayPal as the chief of staff for the EMEA region, with responsibility for PayPal's relationship with eBay during the period leading up to PayPal's separation and IPO. Between 2003 and 2009, Richard worked at eBay, latterly as director of trust & safety for the EMEA region. Richard started his career as a strategy consultant at Oliver Wyman, before working in advertising with Lowe Lintas in London and Hong Kong. Richard holds a first-class degree in history from Magdalen College, Oxford.
