Co-Chair of Global Tech Group
Richard Goold is currently co-chair of the global Tech group at Gowling WLG, an international law firm. In April, he will join EY as the head of their UK Tech Law group. He specialises in international M&A and fundraising transactions - from buyouts through to growth capital and venture capital financing rounds. Richard advises a wide range of companies within the FinTech and AltFi sector - from start up phase through their entire life cycle. Richard’s team structures new AltFi platforms and his approach to FinTech community activities resulted in his inclusion in Wall Street Journal's "FN Fintech 40" in 2014, where he was named as one of the 40 leading innovators shaping the future of finance in Europe (see: http://bit.ly/1m5WQCb).
