Head of Europe
Ripsy is the Head of Europe at Plaid. In her role, Ripsy leads the company’s business strategy and operations and business teams across continental Europe. Prior to Plaid, Ripsy held multiple positions at Booking.com, including her most recent role as VP of Global Accommodation Partnerships where she led the supply-side strategy for the global travel platform. Ripsy holds an MBA from Harvard University and BS from Brigham Young University.
