Rob is a Strategic Transformation Consultant aligned to the EMEA region and has been at Zendesk since 2018. He has worked within enterprise customer experience solutions for over 20 years and has a personal focus on delivering value and success for service departments and organisations across a number of verticals including Finance, Retail and Utilities. Rob works with existing customers and prospects to help them create relationships with their own customers that are more meaningful, personal, and productive. He has worked with companies such as John Lewis, Tesco, Uber, Shell Energy, Booking.com and Deliveroo.
