Ryan Randall heads up Point’s Capital Markets team. Ryan has been in the financial services industry for almost 20 years. Previously, Ryan was CFO at Upstart (a fintech lending platform) where he established the company's capital markets function. Upstart attracted $800M of loan capital within 12 months of launching its loan product. Before that, he was an investment officer at the $6B Fairfax County Retirement Systems. Prior to Fairfax County, he spent nine years with different Bay Area-based hedge funds, most recently with Passport Capital in San Francisco. He holds a B.A. degree from UCLA, the CFA and CAIA charters, and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
