Saul trained and practised as a lawyer at corporate firm Addleshaw Goddard in London. Saul joined Seedrs because the role was the perfect mix of helping to build out a team within a startup whilst widening access to venture investment as an asset class. At Seedrs his role covers the process of qualifying companies for the platform, through to getting them live, funded and assisting with post-investment monitoring. Saul is also responsible for the investment terms put in place at funding – shareholder agreements, subscription terms and other documentation. When not in the office Saul can be found running, cycling, swimming, or learning a new language.
