Seth Wheeler is a Brookings Guest Scholar on the intersection of financial innovation, technology, and policy. His previous work includes Special Assistant to the President for Economic Policy and Senior Advisor for Financial Services at The White House. He was also in leadership roles at the Federal Reserve and US Treasury.
