With more than 15 year’s experience working within the Financial Services sector, Simon has worked in a variety of roles which have evolved from the management of small change within decision engines to the design, integration and delivery of risk systems (and supporting data assets/integrations) across acquisition, customer management, financial crime and collections and recoveries. Simon’s current role of Senior Market Consulting Partner in Experian’s Financial Services vertical is to support and develop his clients’ use of Experian solutions and to provide best practice guidance and industry insight across the paradigms of data, software and business process. For the last 12 months Simon has been aligned to the rapidly growing BNPL sector and is collaborating with a number of existing providers and start-ups to help them understand how they can deliver better customer outcomes, enhance their business models and ready themselves for regulation.
