I’m a Board Adviser and the COO of HashChing, a progressive and innovative fintech start-up. HashChing is Australia’s first online marketplace for customers to access verified mortgage brokers. We empower mortgage brokers to unlock their entrepreneurial potential, while creating better deals for home buyers. Since its launch, HashChing has processed over $17 billion worth of home loan applications, and it has more than 700 broker partners. HashChing was a finalist at the Optus My Business Awards three years running, as well as a finalist in the Fintech Business Awards 2017 in the categories Leading Innovator of the Year and Personal Finance Innovator of the Year. We have also been featured in the Top 10 of Anthill Magazine’s Smart 100 2017. With 20 years’ experience within the finance and logistics sectors developing operational and people strategies to ensure business success, I’m still passionate about leadership. I love seeing the benefits of aligning the motivations of team resources to the implementation of business strategy, which is an approach I used in my former position as CEO of the MFAA. I believe that real success comes from investing in all parts of your life - at home and at work.
