Steve has a wealth of industry experience, gleaned in senior leadership roles at a number of financial services organisations in Australia and overseas. He was CEO of Mortgages at Barclays (UK) before heading home and collaborating with co-founder, Luke Bunbury, to bring volt bank to life. Steve has built a reputation for building strong teams who, under his stewardship, have been at the forefront of regulatory change and introduced significant innovation into their respective markets, particularly via the use of technology and the leveraging of big data.
