Tom leads Accenture’s Banking Strategy practice in the UK and Ireland. Since joining Accenture as a graduate, Tom has focussed his career on advising global clients across retail banking, commercial / corporate banking, wealth management and capital markets.
Tom’s primary work involves developing business and operating model strategies for financial services firms in response to changing internal strategies, industry trends and regulatory requirements. As part of this, Tom has experience developing strategic business cases relating to large scale growth, transformation and platform investment.
